Milk produced by residents still not being utilized optimally, because marketing only depends on cooperatives. The main objective community service activities to maximize utilization through training related processing, especially for making kefir milk. method includes several stages, such as discussion stage field observation, preparation stage, stage. results activity are increasing knowledge community, Dasa Wisma women's group about skills products. conclusion that can be given from this women feel educated helped finding ideas processing recommendations required an innovation improve taste assistance product manufacturing.
